Pork & oil
- 8 oz pork loin chop, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 Tbs neutral oil
Vegetables
- ½ large carrot, diced
- ½ large celery stalk, diced
- ½ bell pepper, diced
- ½ small onion, diced

- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz) can pork and beans

Directions
- Heat oil in a medium pot or small Dutch oven. Sauté pork until browned, 5–7 minutes.
- Add carrot, celery, pepper, and onion; cook 5–6 minutes more.
