Ingredients
- 8 oz ground beef
- ½ bell pepper (any color), diced
- ½ yellow onion, diced
- 1 (15 oz) can pinto beans, drained
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 6 oz V8 (about ¾ cup)
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 3 Tbs tomato paste

Directions
- Brown the ground beef with bell pepper and onion in a medium skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Add pinto beans, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, mustard, Worcestershire, V8, salt, and pepper. Stir and bring to a simmer.
- Using your spatula, mash about half of the beans into the mixture.
