  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare a cookie sheet with a large enough piece of foil to wrap the tenderloin.
  3. Heat avocado oil in a large skillet on high heat.
  4. Sear all sides of the pork loin.
  5. Place pork loin on the cookie sheet, cover the loin with spices.
  6. Cut the butter into pats and place along the top.
  7. Close up the foil around the tenderloin. Bake for 25 minutes or until internal temperature is 145°F.
