Start preheating the air fryer to 375°F. Remove hens from packaging and place on a platter.

Pat dry with paper towel. Rub ½ Tbs of olive oil all over each hen.
Mix spices with a fork in a small bowl. Cover each hen with spices on all sides, not just on top.
With a large pair of tongs, place hens in the air fryer breast side down. Set timer to 10 minutes.
Flip hens to breast side up. Restart the air fryer with the timer set to 20 minutes.
Using clean tongs, remove hens from the air fryer and place on a clean platter. Let rest for 10 minutes. Cut hens in half lengthwise to serve.
Because hens vary in size and moisture, check internal temperature after about 20 and 25 minutes total cook time so they don’t overcook—aim for 165°F in the thickest part.
