Ingredients
- 30 oz frozen shredded hashbrowns
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 (10¼ oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (16 oz) container sour cream
- 1 small white onion, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar jack cheese, divided
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix all ingredients except ½ cup of the cheese in a large bowl.
- Spread mixture into a 9×13 glass baking dish and sprinkle on the rest of the cheese.
