- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- ½ bunch cilantro
- ½ small onion (diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (smashed)
- 1 Tbs salt
- 1 Tbs black pepper
- 1 Tbs cumin
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp coriander
Suggested toppings

Directions
- Mix marinade ingredients in a container just big enough to hold the meat.
- Submerge meat in marinade for 6 to 8 hours, stirring if necessary so that all meat has been in the marinade.
- Heat a grill pan or iron skillet to medium heat.
- Wipe off excess marinade and add steak to the pan. Cook 3 to 5 minutes per side or until internal temperature is 130°F. This is a rare temperature, but the steak will get chewy if it is cooked any longer.
- Let rest 5 minutes. Cut steak across the grain on the bias.
- These are street tacos, so fill sparingly with meat and toppings.
